know your status These are the basic tests you should get if you want a complete screening for sexually transmitted diseases: 1) HIV Test 2) Syphilis Test (Often called RPR) 3) If you ever give blow jobs--you need a throat culture for gonorrhea and chlamydia 4) If you ever get fucked--you need a rectal culture for gonorrhea and chlamydia 5) A urine screening test for gonorrhea and chlamydia 6) If you ever bottom--an anal pap smear looking for early signs of rectal cancer. These are the vaccinations (shots) that men who have sex with men should all get: Hepatitis A Vaccine Hepatitis B Vaccine A new vaccine has been approved for men to prevent HPV, the virus that causes genital warts and anal cancer.  This vaccine works best when given before a young man becomes sexually active, or has had very few partners and no evidence of HPV infection.
